The process of layering enamel paints and powdered glass over multiple firings allows me to create small glass paintings with both illusionist and real depth. Sometimes I will just create a small painting with just enamel paint and sometimes I will combine the Sgraffito method with an enamel painting. Both create different visual effects on the glass canvas.

When I’m not in my studio, I’m enjoying the great outdoors hiking and photographing birds for my next piece.
